Mari (Short for Marigold) grew up in The Realm of Insani-tea in a very normal middle class family. As a young child, she was visited by cryptid and mythical creatures known as Spriteas. Spriteas stopped visiting her once she reached age 10, and those around her simply assumed that they were her version of an imaginary friend. With her parents eventually doubting her sanity, Mari was determined to prove everyone in her life wrong and upon reaching her teenage years, she dedicated her whole life to the research of Spriteas. When she was 22 years old, she finally came into contact with one of the Spriteas again once more. Though the interaction sadly turned sour, with the creature ██████ ███ and █████████ her with the first and only ████ ██ ██████████, also known as a ██████████. She has carried out all of her research in private, keeping her ████████ equally as secretive… until two years ago when an extremely dangerous underground organisation discovered her headquarters. Some of her research was leaked, but thankfully she protected most of it through magical enchantments. She was promptly kidnapped by this organisation, in the hopes that they could extract the knowledge from her directly. By some luck, they were unsuccessful and she was later rescued by The Queens great search party. Now, with the support of The Arch Magus of The School Of Tea Sorcery, she can dedicate all of her time back to Spriteas… and other mythical/crypdid creatures! Except this time she has funding to back her up… and the support of The Queen herself!
