If you already have the prize or can't redeem it for some reason, we will not be able to swap it out for another code/prize or compensate with any currency. kayPOWXD is not liable for the loss of prize during transit and has the right to change or substitute the prize for something of equal value, or discontinue the Giveaway if needs fit. Giveaways may be postponed or cancelled down to our discretion. Additional charges on arrival to destination are not our responsibility and must be paid by the winner.
